The Board of Directors of Springhouse Senior Living voted August 9, 2021 to mandate the Covid-19 vaccine as a condition of employment for all employees of Springhouse. The mandate is a response to the new surge of coronavirus cases driven they the increased threat of the Delta variant and the growing national movement for vaccine mandates.
Vaccines are the most effective way to combat this deadly virus which has been kept at bay with vigorous mitigation practices over the past year and a half. It is important that all staff at Springhouse be vaccinated for the safety of all seniors served at our community.
This is the only way we can protect the safety and well being of our residents from this deadly virus. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
